Income: My annual net income exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse or spouse-equivalent) in each of the last two years, and I reasonably expect the same income level this year.

Assets: My current individual net worth or joint net worth with my spouse or spouse-equivalent is at least $1 million and does not include my personal residence.

Experience: I am a business person with sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to the extent that I am capable of evaluating the risks and merits of a prospective investment.
